FREE SAFETY TRAINING FOR ALL EMPLOYEES

Employment at HardHat starts with a thorough one-on-one safety orientation, an introduction to construction safety, and a course on the HardHat Safety Culture. We give additional attention to the five key safety areas that we have identified as the HardHat “Focus5”: electrical, falls and ladders, strains, cuts, and hand tools.

Every HardHat office provides free training on a vast assortment of safety topics and hazards, as well as OSHA 10- and 30-hour classes. The course is FREE and upon completion of the online class you will receive a $50 OSHA bonus, if completed within two weeks of receiving the voucher. Those that complete an in-person class taught by one of our four OSHA 500 trainers will receive a $100 bonus. Please contact your local office for instructions on how to get started.
