Referral Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    • The Program is open to all current HardHat employees ("Referrers").
    • Referrals must be new candidates ("Referred Employees") who were not previously introduced to or employed by HardHat.
  2. Process
    • To participate, Referrers must submit the referral through the Staffing Referrals platform provided by HardHat.
  3. Referral Bonus Referrers are eligible to receive a referral bonus of $200 ("Bonus") if the Referred Employee:
    1. Completes 200 hours of work within 6 months of the original referral date.
    2. Maintains a record of no safety incidents during the 200-hour work period.
  4. Payment 
    • The Bonus will be paid within 30 days after the Referred Employee has met eligibility criteria.
    • The Bonus will be included in the Referrer's regular paycheck and will be subject to applicable taxes and deductions.
  5. Limitations
    • HardHat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.
    • HardHat reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any referral and to disqualify any referral if, in the Company's sole discretion, the Referrer or Referred Employee has violated these Terms or any other Company policies.
