Holiday Bonus

In our ongoing effort to provide the best employee benefits in the industry, we are pleased to announce that we have reintroduced the Holiday Bonus.

In recognition of our employees’ contributions, starting this year, HardHat will offer a $200 Holiday Bonus to field employees who meet the eligibility requirements. To be eligible, a field employee must have worked a minimum of 1,800 hours during the previous 12 months and worked the scheduled workdays before and after the holiday. The bonus will be paid the week following the holiday. HardHat recognizes five (5) holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. HardHat reserves the right to discontinue this bonus at its discretion. Employees who receive paid holidays based on an assignment may not be eligible.
