Quite simple: we are the region’s industry leader in helping hardworking individuals find employment in the construction and solar fields. Since 2002, our team has developed partnerships with the best contractors in your area. Those connections allow us to offer you the very best job opportunities that are available right now!
The first step in the application process is to contact your local HardHat office and schedule an in-person interview. During the interview, you will be asked to complete a formal application.
No. At HardHat, we are investing in your future and care about your future success. We feel that the best way to accomplish this is to spend time getting to know you. This will enable us to identify your strengths and offer you the best job available at that time.
Our weekly payday is Friday. HardHat takes great pride in paying our employees a competitive wage for the work they complete. For your convenience, we offer our employees the option to be paid by direct deposit or pay card.
Unfortunately, not all jobs are the right fit, and in most cases, you will not know that until you try the position. If you are on a job and find it is not going to work for you, please call us immediately! We may ask that you stay on the job until we can find a replacement, but we will do our best to get you on a more suitable job as soon as possible.
HardHat maintains a database of available jobs, but due to the swiftly-changing needs of some jobsites, we recommend that you also call our office to check on immediate availability.
Safety is our #1 priority. We invest countless resources in order to make sure you remain a safe employee. HardHat provides safety training to all employees and offers opportunities to become OSHA 10 certified. We also supply all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) that you may need while on assignment. We have an open-door policy when it comes to safety. If you ever feel unsafe, we want to hear about it immediately!
